Washer
We're filming our own walkthrough soon.
Quick Start
- Open the door, load it no more than 3/4 full, pour detergent into the dispenser drawer (left compartment for main wash)
- Pick a cycle: Normal for everyday, Delicates for soft fabrics, Quick Wash for small loads
- Press Start. Cycle takes 30–60 minutes
- When you're done for the day, leave the door cracked open — it stops mildew on the gasket
Pro Tips
- Detergent pods and dryer sheets are in the cabinet above. Cold for colors, warm for whites
- Wipe the rubber gasket dry between loads. The gasket traps water and grows mildew if you don't, which is the source of "musty smell" complaints in front-loaders
If It's Not Working
- Won't start: push the door closed firmly until you hear it click. Without a confirmed lock the cycle won't begin.
- Error code (dE / E01 / Door): reopen and push the door closed firmly.
- Error code (E02 / 4E): water supply issue — confirm the wall valves behind the unit are fully open.
- Shaking violently / loud bang: pause the cycle and redistribute the load. One heavy item bunched on one side is the usual cause.
Dryer
We're filming our own walkthrough soon.
Quick Start
- Clean the lint filter every load. Pull out the screen, peel off lint. A blocked filter cuts drying capacity in half
- Pick a cycle: Normal or Delicate. For thick towels or jeans, Heavy or More Dry
- Press Start
Pro Tips
- Don't overload — if the drum is more than 75% full, clothes can't tumble enough to dry evenly
- Most "still wet after a full cycle" complaints are a clogged lint filter. Check it first, every time
If It's Not Working
- Clothes still wet at the end of a cycle: clean the lint filter and run again. If it's still damp, you're probably overloaded — split into two loads.
- Drum won't turn: make sure the door is fully closed.
- Error code on display: unplug for 5 minutes, plug back in. If the code returns, text me with what it says.
